What CAO does for the environment?
Plastic control at School. A school is an educational place, so the good practice of teachers and students every day will make good habits with young people and they will know clearly about plastic bad. Clean school, clean resources, and a good environment.
CAO encourages people to plant more trees. CAO provides the plants for pagodas and schools. The communities make sure they are well protected (against cows etc.) and watered. After a few months, if the trees grow well, CAO provides more plants.
CAO actively promotes best practices in agriculture to replace the excessive and erratic use of chemicals by compost and natural means.
CAO also promotes BIOGAS. Cow dung and pig dung, added with water, are inserted in the system, which generates methane gas. This is directed to the kitchen to replace firewood. The method has thus many advantages: the methane gas is burned and thus no longer released in the atmosphere. Local trees are preserved. The pig stalls no longer smell!
